At this time we are unable to offer refunds unless the product is faulty. If the product is faulty we may require photographic evidence and we will determine whether the product is genuinely faulty as this is within our right. If we confirm your order is faulty, you will be fully refunded to the original purchase method (inclusive of shipping) and we will cover return shipping costs. 

For a 'change of mind' we offer exchanges or store credits only, we do not offer refunds for this reason. An exchange or store credit (does not expire) is accepted provided the following requirements are met:

  • The pieces are unworn, unwashed, the tags are attached, and in original packaging including the eco cotton bag
  • Include your order number for return/exchange
  • Be shipped for return within 2 weeks of delivery 

How do I return?

Please email hello@marellaswim.com to see if you are eligible for a return, with your order number as the subject. If accepted, you will receive an email with the returns address. 

Please note: All return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We advise you use a tracked service for your return as we are not responsible for any return parcels that may get lost. 

Cancellations

We have a no cancellation or changes policy so please check your order (including delivery address) and our returns policy before purchasing. This includes any pre-orders.
